London Fashion Week is generally a very compact intense few days with industry professionals trying to keep up. Our event will offer health and futurism conscious participants an opportunity to rejuvenate and refresh while being stimulated by the future of tech in both fashion and fitness.
Turn Me On - will take place at Never FADE Factory in Soho the creative trendsetting epicentre of London. Within the space guests will experience:

7:15-8:00 Fitness class by CaliFlow Start your morning by challenging yourself with Calisthenics class, where you will experience growth, both mentally and physically through strength oriented exercises.
8:15-9:00 Fitness class by Rumble Start your Friday morning dropping in for a 45min sport session & hit the office energised. The Fitness class will be hosted by Rumble gym- Zero-Carbon Footprint & Environmentally Conscious Boutique Fitness Studio located in Dalston.
9:15-10:00 TBC 10:15-10:45 Move Like Zaza- fitness class by fitness & lifestyle influencer Zara Zoffany @zarazoffany @movelikezaza Come to get charged up with positive energy and break out a sweat at a high intensity cardio conditioning class.
11:00-11:45 Meditation & Sound Therapy by House Of Wisdom Be the first to explore Meditation & Sound Therapy by House Of Wisdom (officially launching in March 2020). An exclusive meditation session by experts in balancing body and mind + reconnecting with your true self.
12:00-13:00 Panel Talk on Sex & Healthy Relationships by Dr Lori Beth Bisbey @drbisbey Dr Lori Beth Bisbey as a sex & intimacy coach and registered psychologist, who helps individuals to explore and express their authentic sexual self. Dr Lori invites everyone to join her Panel Talk about how our sex life is aligned with healthy relationships.
