Can I get my order gift wrapped?

All orders are delivered in our luxury and sustainable gift boxes and jewellery pouches.

If you would like to add a personal message with your order please contact us we will be happy to do so free of charge.

Can I amend my order?

You are able to cancel or amend your order within 6 hours of placing your order.

Simply contact us with your query.

 

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email as well as a shipping tracking update

Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact us and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

Do I need to pay Customs and Duties charges?

All international orders include duties and taxes, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery

The ring size I need isn't listed on your website; is it available?

Yes! We are happy to create a custom size for you however we will not accept an exchange or refund on any custom work.

Please note we usually require 2 - 3 weeks for custom work depending on how busy our studio is. Simply contact us with your request.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! You can commission custom jewellery through our bespoke studio service. We work with sustainable materials only and address commissions on a case by case basis. Contact us with your enquiry and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.

What material is your jewellery made of?

All Amadeus jewellery is handmade using recycled materials. To find out about each individual piece will visit the product description on the product page.

Does your jewellery contain nickel?

Amadeus jewellery does not contain nickel. Our pieces are 18ct gold-plated, 925 sterling silver, 18k gold vermeil and some of our heavier items contain brass.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro.

Simply select 'Credit Card' during checkout. 

You may also process payment through your Paypal and Klarna.
Preferred payment method can be selected at the payment stage of check out.

Can I pay over the telephone?

Unfortunately we do not take payment over the phone as it is less secure for both parties.

VAT & Tax

VAT (20% tax) is included in product prices listed on the UK site for all orders being shipped in the UK.

For orders being shipped outside the UK, Corresponding VAT and taxes are included either in the product price or at Checkout, depending on your shipping country.

How do I track my order?

All our deliveries can be tracked, so you will be sent a tracking link in your shipping confirmation.

How do I return my order?

For UK FREE returns please visit our returns portal HERE

If you are outside the UK, please return the items to: Amadeus, 38a Gowlett Road, London SE15 4HY.

We will process the return within 1 week. 

What is your refunds policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days and return the items to us within 30 days of receipt of order.

We will be happy to give you an exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any pieces that have been worn, customised or personalised.

Reparing Items

We gift wrap and protect your precious package so nothing should harm it. However, we are really sorry if your item hasn’t arrived in the pristine condition that it left our studio. We are happy to fix it for you, offer to refund or replace your item, with a photo proof or if you return the item to us.

Please contact us within 14 days after item is received.

Receiving your refund

We aim to process all returned orders within 7 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

Can I exchange my item?

We accept exchanges for ring sizes.

Can I return a gift?

We're sorry to hear the gift you received wasn't quite right!
 
We can offer an exchange if the item was purchased directly from Amadeus within the last 14 days and once the item is returned.
 
To complete this return, you will need the original purchasers email address to proceed.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be used per order, and they cannot be combined or stacked.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?

Discount codes are only valid on regular-priced items, not sale items.
