Yes! We are happy to create a custom size for you however we will not accept an exchange or refund on any custom work.
Please note we usually require 2 - 3 weeks for custom work depending on how busy our studio is. Simply contact us with your request.
Yes! You can commission custom jewellery through our bespoke studio service. We work with sustainable materials only and address commissions on a case by case basis. Contact us with your enquiry and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.
All Amadeus jewellery is handmade using recycled materials. To find out about each individual piece will visit the product description on the product page.
Amadeus jewellery does not contain nickel. Our pieces are 18ct gold-plated, 925 sterling silver, 18k gold vermeil and some of our heavier items contain brass.

If you are outside the UK, please return the items to: Amadeus, 38a Gowlett Road, London SE15 4HY.
We will process the return within 1 week.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days and return the items to us within 30 days of receipt of order.
We will be happy to give you an exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any pieces that have been worn, customised or personalised.
We gift wrap and protect your precious package so nothing should harm it. However, we are really sorry if your item hasn’t arrived in the pristine condition that it left our studio. We are happy to fix it for you, offer to refund or replace your item, with a photo proof or if you return the item to us.
Please contact us within 14 days after item is received.
We aim to process all returned orders within 7 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
We accept exchanges for ring sizes.
