If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days and return the items to us within 30 days of receipt of order.
We will be happy to give you an exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any pieces that have been worn, customised or personalised.
We gift wrap and protect your precious package so nothing should harm it. However, we are really sorry if your item hasn’t arrived in the pristine condition that it left our studio.
We are happy to fix it for you, offer to refund or replace your item, with a photo proof or if you return the item to me.
Please contact us within 14 days after item is received.
We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us recorded deliver because we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
