Withdrawal form

Under Directive (EU) 2023/2673, from 19 June 2026 any business selling online to EU consumers -  including UK and other non-EU retailers -  must provide a simple digital way for customers to exercise their existing 14-day right of withdrawal (the legal right to cancel the contract).
